Let’s get social.
Social media has far evolved from a place to brag about your beach vacation to family and friends. Social media is where your customers are and where they want you to engage with them. Brands in every industry can benefit from the personal connection social media offers. Customers are now turning to a business’s social media to ask questions, share photos, and air complaints. Do you want to be a part of that dialogue? Do you want to be the thought leader, question answerer, and community engager for your users? We’re in a digital world where your customers are online and expecting to interact with you in that space. Join them.
So where is your social media? I work with brands to develop social media strategies, create content, and enhance their digital marketing. Whether you’re looking for a strategy overhaul, creation or reinvention of new platforms, assessing analytics and redefining target markets, or some staff training on best practices for the likes of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat – I’m your girl.
Now, for the love of words.
My writing experience ranges from punchy web copy to technical white papers. My background is in women’s lifestyle, outdoor recreation, conservation, food, and travel. I contribute to several blogs, most notably to New Zealand’s Department of Conservation and Leave No Trace New Zealand. I enjoy taking a misunderstood subject and breaking it down for readers to understand and be inspired. I am always seeking new challenges in writing and looking forward to helping you with yours.
I’m a Chicago native currently living in Christchurch, New Zealand. I share a home, and sometimes a tent, with my partner and Trapper, our rescue husky mix. In our free time, we head out to the mountains or sea to hike, camp, and explore, usually with a few craft beers in tow. I am a conservation advocate, road trip playlist expert, and obsessed with drip coffee. You can read more about all three and more on my blog.
